Beachfront homes always come with incredible views—and unique challenges. This recent remodel is a perfect example of how thoughtful planning, the right product, and skilled installation can make all the difference.

What made this install especially memorable was the logistics. Because the home is three stories up and access required navigating a tight interior set of switchback stairs, the door had to arrive completely unassembled—even down to the jambs themselves. This allowed us to carefully carry each component upstairs piece by piece without damaging the home or the product.
Once everything was staged on the third floor, the real craftsmanship began. The full assembly and installation were completed on site by Mueller Builders, taking extra care to ensure a precise fit, smooth operation, and long-term performance—critical for a door that will face coastal wind, salt air, and storms.
